EEPIS Online, About 500 EEPIS new students lined up in the yard of EEPIS campus. Since at 11.30 they had lined up to greet their seniors, the D4=S1 robot team members which has been scheduled to arrive at Juanda airport at 11 a.m
Members of D4=S1 robot team consist of 6 students sot down in EEPIS’ gate and walked into the lobby of EEPIS old building; accompanied by a crowd applause and EEPIS hymn. There were managers and staff welcomed them. “I was touched with this welcoming,†said Hisyam; one of the team members. Finally they met their juniors who had welcomed them. While saying a deeply thank by megaphone, they also said about their disappointment and regret of their failure in international robot competition this time.
After the welcoming D4=S1 team moment and break time, the orientation event continued with the explanation of the material by Dr. Rusminto Tjatus, S.T. who is the 1st Assistant of EEPIS Director in academic field. He explained about how the academic system and administration are in EEPIS. Academic rules were also being explained in this session. That material was still in a series with the previous material which had been explained in the beginning of the event; that was Creativity, Way of Effective Learning and Ethics in EEPIS which had been delivered by the department expert team.
