His mainstay program to achieve the vision and mission is Open Talk for the HIMA ELKA, who planned to be held every 3 months. Besides to continuing previous work program, he will also increase the training portion which is useful for students, especially the Elka s students. The climax is he would held the training of robots for all East Java.
