EEPIS Online, Before the Lebaran holiday, PENS has announced the selection for the robot team members, KRI, KRCI and KRSI. The requirements presented as no different as the previous year.
Like, at least 3 semester students and submit three proposals for each robot competitions. A total of 119 students from various departments follow this selection. Most participants come from the electronics department. The participants will undergo four stages of selection. Written tests, proposals, line tracer, and the last is an interview.
Last Wednesday (30/09), it’s conducted a written test. Test material consists of three parts, covering basic physics (especially the mechanical parts), basic electronics, and digital programming (C language). Two days later, on Friday, is a continuation of selection tests. The test switched on the proposal and test programming. Most participants only collect one proposal. They chose to collect proposals in accordance with the interest in robot competitions. The average participant chose to collect KRCI proposal. Few who collected KRI. One of them is Rendy Azhari. 3rd semester students majoring in electronics is indeed intended to be a member of the KRI team. Come all the way from Jakarta to be a member of the KRI team.
Indonesian Robot contest 2010 is themed "Unity in Building the Borobudur Temple". Adopting from Abu Robokon 2010 which be held in Cairo, Egypt with the theme Robo-Build Pyramids Pharaohs ". Indonesian Intelligent Robot Contest; wheels division and legs division, the rules are not much different from 2009. ". Indonesian Intelligent Robot Contest in Battle Division comes in theme "Mutual Aid Football Players". Meanwhile, Indonesian Art Robot Contest is taking a theme "Pendet Dancer Robot". Unlike previous years, KRCI Expert Single Division is eliminated for implementation in 2010. (dha)
