EEPIS Online, Major event in the world of robotics are being held again. Participants who have been declared passed on the regional 1, 2, 3 and 4 by the jury clashed again in the arena of KRI and KRCI robotic agility on Friday, June 12, 2009. Robots from each institution will make running tests or heating to check the efficiency of each robotic automatic, manual, and the robot traveler. National robotic contest looks different from the robot contest the regional level for the first time will be introduced to new games that Indonesian Art Robot Contest (KRSI) where the contest will be contested the design and manufacture the robot, along with elements of art and culture of Indonesia.
The theme of the Indonesian Robot Contest this time is Together We Can Achieved the victory, while the theme for KRCI almost the same as last year s theme is KRCI Intelligent Robot Fire Brigade. This year also for the first time for KRCI to compete the Expert Battle division which has a mission to save the doll and turn off the candles are scattered in various rooms within a certain time. Another uniqueness of the robot contest this time whether from KRI, KRCI, KRSI, and all participants from throughout Indonesia to participate in this great event. It’s proved by the participation from the most eastern university in Indonesia who also follow the division of KRCI Senior wheels from Saint Paul Catholic Polytechnic Sorong.
Right after the Friday prayers, running the first test begins KRI. The nature of this test is running free mode where for each time the game there are 2 teams that competed, and no assessment. During this warm-up, each team who are met appeared to be ashamed of showing the weapon of the robot. In addition, there are teams who managed to beat the drum with a successful, but there is also a failure, because the robot traveler is very minimums on read line sensor to the drum sticks. For the first running test of KRCI, the jury made forcefully by the participants. Because many participants did not heed orders the jury to try the arena KRCI in each division. In this running test free fashion are able to use, with 2 team for each game, and no assessment so it not compulsory. We can see some new innovations in each division of KRCI from each team, especially for the expert battle division, in which robots will be met to save the baby, and turn off the candle, and the most important thing was to return the baby home. For running the second test will be conducted after running the first test KRSI.
