EEPIS Online, Semifinals and Final of KRSI 2009 EEPIS-Online, Promptly at 12:00, the game of Indonesian Art Robot Contest proceed to semi-finals. There are 4 teams that will compete, Marawis (Univ. Bhayangkara Surabaya), Luviouzo (Univ. Gajah Mada of Yogyakarta), ELITE (National Institute Technology of Malang) and SRI (Polytechnic State Electronics of Surabaya). All four teams will be fighting a ticket to the final fight KRSI 2009.
The first match is between Marawis against Luviouzo. Both of these robots are using sensors (ears) to detect the sound track of Bubuy Bulan. The synchronization between the movements and the song of Marawis is better than Luviouzo. When the music suddenly stopped, Marawis able to stop dancing for a moment and continued when the music started to play. While Luviouzu was not able to stop its dance when the music is suddenly stops. Finally, the jury decided that Marawis has right to entered the final.
Final match is between ELITE with SRI. ELITE did the drilled dancer and it is once again inviting laughter. This game was very tense. Since both of the teams have the same chance to win. SRI is considered more capable n dancing rather than ELITE. SRI able to dance gracefully and its motion were varied. On synchronizing the song SRI was consider as the batter one. However, because ELITE using sensors (ears), which has more valuable than by using a cable, a jury decided ELITE who made it to the final round.
Two teams of Marawis and ELITE will meet in the final. But before the final implementation, for the losing team will fight back to compete for the championship three.
Luviouzo on the blue corner and SRI on the red corner are getting ready to dance. Music Bubuy Bulan was accompanied these robots dances. At the time of one minute before the end, Luviouzo suddenly pulled out of smoke. With the flexibility of dance, SRI III captured the championship.
The final round between Marawis and ELITE is ready to begin. In the red corner stands Marawis and in the blue corner stands ELITE with their big body. Both these robots are using sensors (ears). Therefore, the variations or degrees of its freedom movement and synchronization would be a major assessment of the jury. Synchronizing the two robots is equally good. However, in every game there must be the best. Finally, the majority of judges chose ELITE the drilled dancer as a winner of Indonesian Art Robot Contest 2009. (ent / hum)
