EEPIS Online, finally, UMPENS 2009 result can be seen in website and announcement board at 11 a.m. There were a lot of registrants that had been waiting for the result since morning. As usual, this announcement gives happiness and sadness. Most of the registrants look sad after looking for their name in announcement but it isn’t there. According to the committee, announcement of UMPENS 2009 result can also seen in EEPIS website at www.eepis-its.edu and by SMS.
“The physic test is very difficult’†said some of the registrants while smiling because his name is not stated in result announcement. While the situation in another announcement board shows some happy registrants, it is because their friends’ name is stated though he is not. “Although we failed, we are happy for our friends who accepted in EEPIS,†said them. They planned to follow the national UMPN selection which the registration will be held at August 3-7, 2009. The national test (similar to SNMPTN, red) will be followed by 27 public polytechnics in entire Indonesia with many choices including exact and non exact. The participants can choose the major in other public polytechnics besides EEPIS in Indonesia,†Dr. Rusminto Tjatur Widodo, ST; 1st Assistant of EEPIS Director, said. That is the last chance for the participants to follow the selection competition in EEPIS.
At least 323 people are accepted as the main student candidates and 111 people are accepted as reseve students candidates. “For those who are accepted as the EEPIS main student candidates, have time August 4, at 12 a.m. to register. Then is the time for the reseve student candidates to register as their number in order,†said Rusminto.(ent)
