EEPIS-Online, Prestigious world competition level, Robocup 2012 that will be held on 18th until 24th of June 2012 in Mexico City, Mexico will start soon.

EROS from Electronic Engineering Polytechnic Institute of Surabaya as the champion of Indonesian Intelligent Robot Contest Humanoid League division 2011 has been appointed as the representative of Indonesia in that big competition. This Team consists of five EROS team member from EEPIS, two Supervisor, two Official from EEPIS, and two representatve from DIKTI.
They will depart from Indonesia on 15th June. It will need 36 hours for them until they arrive in Mexico. Some preparations is really needed for the best result in Robocup competition. Not so loong after their preparations, the competition will start on 20th until 23rd of June. Robocup is not a simple Robot Competition, we can know it from the participant of this Competition. Not all country can participate in this league. Only 3 teams from Asia which past the qualifications for this competition, they are Indonesia, Japan, and Tiongkok.
After EROS team do their best in Robocup 2012, they will go back to Indonesia after the closing ceremony on 24th of June, 2012.
"The greatest rivals for Indonesia are Jerman, USA, Japan, and South Korea. We will do our best for Robocup this year", said Mr. Subhan as the supervisor of EROS.
